I hope everyone had a wonderful and exciting New Years Eve! We made it through all the holidays in one piece and without the 10 pound weight gain. Thank goodness. I still have a baby shower coming up next weekend for a friend, and then I'll be back in my normal swing of things. Well, until I head back out to my sister's to help take care of Michael while she's in the hospital welcoming #2! I'm super excited to have another nephew!
It's always fun to take a look back over the past year and see what all I've done and to help me figure out where I want to go in the new year. Instead of me telling you what my favorite 2010 dishes were, I figured we would get a second opinion -- that of the oh-so-patient taste-tester Adam. Not that he really has a choice in the matter. :) I've broken it down into his favorite dishes (meals, breakfasts, snacks, etc.) and his favorite desserts.
So here you have it:
10. Bacon, Cheddar, and Potato Chowder
9. Easy Cajun Jambalaya
8. Honey Ginger Chicken Stir-Fry
7. Bourbon Chicken>
6. Korean-Style Pork Tenderloin
5. Apple Chips
4. Arroz Con Pollo
3. Blueberry Boy Bait
2. Brie, Apple, and Arugula Quesadillas
1. Three Cheese Pasta with Apples
5. Brownie Burger Cupcakes
4. S'mores Whoopie Pies
3. Strawberry Basil Lemonade Cupcakes
2. Bite-Sized Caramel Apple Pastries
1. Blueberry, Lemon, and Gingersnap Cheesecake Pudding
Hopefully 2011 will bring you lots of fun and tasty things!
