In other news... I remade the Chicken Saute with Caramelized Ginger sauce (from back in May) but this time without the ginger rice. I just used regular white rice instead, and oh my goodness. I had to make it two weeks later because I was craving it again.
Such a great combination of sweet with spicy. I think adding in peas or another veggie would perfect this recipe.
